F.r.@.m.e. (Fit reset at mental exercise) shows an avatar with optimized feminine physical features, Monika, who keeps fit following a training plan adapted to the physical restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Repeating dynamic poses, suggested by generic websites for digital female characters, the monotony of Monika's breathing reminds us of the constant performative captivity to which we force our bodies, with the aim of adhering to standards of representation imposed by the media.

A daily practice of these fitness exercises enables a complete reset, strengthens self-confidence and keeps fit permanently.

F.r.@.m.e. is part of in-app exhibition FitArt – Female Body.
